Nick Tortelli is a recurring character on NBC’s Cheers and the lead character in the spinoff series The Tortellis. He was the owner of the Tortelli Television Hospital, until it finally failed, as well as the ex-husband of Carla and the current husband of Loretta. He debuts in the thirteenth episode of the second season and is portrayed by Dan Hedaya.
